+Primary Therapist is a Master’s level position carrying out the role of clinical assessment, psychotherapy, and treatment of substance use disorders on the individual and group level. State licensure or registered interns are welcome to apply and join our multidisciplinary team and approach to treating addiction and co-occurring disorders.

Family Therapist
+The Family Therapist is a Master’s level position providing clinical and therapeutic treatment to adult men and women experiencing problems with addictions and co-occurring disorders. State licensure or registered interns are welcome to apply for this position which includes direct family work and staff consultation on challenging family dynamics.

Addiction Counselor
+The Addiction Counselor delivers professional clinical/therapeutic treatment by facilitating therapeutic groups, individual sessions, assists in face-to-face clinical assessments and perform case management services as needed to adult men and women experiencing problems with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. This person must be knowledgeable of the DSM-V, have an understanding of the disease concept of addiction, the medical model of treatment, and the importance and/or experience of encompassing the 12 steps of AA/NA.

Admissions Specialist
+This is a highly responsible position in which the specialist has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing intake assistance and sales and marketing support for Recovery Keys. This is specialized intake work assessing, linking, monitoring, and assuring that prospective clients are properly introduced to and navigated through the tricky process of entering treatment. You are welcome to apply for our admissions team if you have a minimum Bachelors degree or one year experience working in the addictions field. In-depth knowledge of the 12-step process is highly valued for this position.

Administrative Assistant
+The administrative assistant is a friendly, competent, organized team player who performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
