About Our Addiction Treatment Program

Our mission is to provide every individual with the support needed to change unhealthy perceptions and behaviors, and gain the confidence and skills needed to maintain their recovery in the long-term.

Our commitment to excellence has earned our rehabilitation center the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for Behavioral Health. Our rehab centers are also approved to conduct evaluations and provide substance abuse treatment and rehab services for professionals, including pilots, attorneys, physicians, pharmacists,  dentists, nurses and business executives living near  Jacksonville and St. Augustine communities, including Bartram Park, Mandarin, Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Riverside, Avondale, Ortega, San Marco and Southside, Westside & Orange Park, Vilano Beach, St. Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach, A1A, St Johns Town Center, Flagler College, Butler Beach, World Golf Village and other surrounding areas. Our Joint Commission accreditation and board certified addiction medicine experts mean that rehabilitation patients living and working in or near Jacksonville and St. Augustine are able to receive the highest level of addiction treatment, care and rehabilitation much closer and convenient to their home.

Recovery Keys rehabilitation center was founded in 2012 by Dr. Jeremy Mirabile, MD, ABPM-ADM, ABAM, FASAM, a physician who is board certified in addiction medicine and family medicine, and has over a decade of experience leading both residential and outpatient addiction treatment centers. While in family practice, Dr. Mirabile realized that many patients struggling with chronic medical or mental health issues were also struggling with substance abuse. He decided to dedicate his career to helping patients heal from addiction, and successfully manage their overall physical, mental and spiritual health. Dr. Mirabile is a Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM), a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP).

Today, Dr. Mirabile leads our drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and a multidisciplinary team of therapists, counselors and support staff. Services and treatment options include:
