With over 30 years of nursing experience, including 13 years specializing in addiction medicine, Lisa brings a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, patient safety, and ethical healthcare practices to her role.
As a seasoned healthcare professional, Lisa has served as a nurse navigator, interventionist, educator, and consultant, ensuring that addiction treatment services align with industry regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices. She is committed to maintaining compliance with state and federal healthcare laws while fostering a culture of ethical decision-making and patient advocacy.
In addition to her compliance oversight, Lisa has played a key role in community outreach, reducing the stigma of addiction through education and advocacy. She has been a speaker at numerous industry events, hosted a recovery-focused radio program, and collaborated with professional organizations to enhance access to treatment services.
Lisa is an active member of the International Nurses Society on Addictions (IntNSA) and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Her dedication has been recognized by the Volusia Recovery Alliance and other advocacy groups for her contributions to improving addiction care.
