Lisa Huser is a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN), recognized by the Addictions Nursing Certification Board since 2010, and serves as the Corporate Compliance Director at Recovery Keys, a leading addiction treatment program in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. With over 30 years of nursing experience—including more than a decade specializing in addiction medicine—Lisa brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, patient safety, and ethical healthcare practices.
In her role at Recovery Keys, Lisa oversees corporate compliance across the organization’s addiction treatment programs, ensuring adherence to state and federal healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and industry best practices. She plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of clinical operations while fostering a culture rooted in accountability, transparency, and patient-centered care.
Lisa’s diverse background includes serving as a nurse navigator, interventionist, educator, and healthcare consultant. Her work has consistently focused on aligning addiction treatment services with evolving regulatory requirements while improving patient outcomes and operational excellence.
Beyond compliance, Lisa is a passionate advocate for addiction recovery and community education. She has worked extensively to reduce the stigma surrounding substance use disorders through public speaking, outreach initiatives, and hosting a recovery-focused radio program. She has also collaborated with professional organizations to expand access to high-quality addiction treatment services.
Lisa is an active member of the International Nurses Society on Addictions (IntNSA) and the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Her contributions to the field have been recognized by organizations such as the Volusia Recovery Alliance and other advocacy groups dedicated to improving addiction care.
As a key member of the Recovery Keys leadership team, Lisa works closely with Dr. Mirabile to ensure the organization’s addiction treatment program maintains the highest standards of clinical excellence, compliance, and quality assurance. She is deeply committed to supporting a physician-led, holistic approach to recovery—while ensuring every aspect of care meets rigorous regulatory and ethical standards.
