Recovery Keys welcomes referrals from Flagler Hospital for physician-led outpatient treatment for those suffering from addiction to alcohol, drugs or pain medications.
After completing our referral form, a representative from Recovery Keys will reach out to request transfer of the patient’s medical records and confirm details of their situation. We will then contact the patient to follow-up and schedule the patient for an evaluation.
