Dr. Janice Wilmoth, Ph.D., Psy.D., LCAS, CCS, is a distinguished Pediatric and Adult Neuropsychologist with extensive experience in psychological, neuropsychological, forensic, substance abuse and clinical evaluations and testing.
She has worked in the field of substance abuse and dual diagnose for over 30 years and has been an Oral Examiner for the Florida Certification Board for those seeking certification as a substance abuse specialist. She attended training with Terrence Gorski and was certified as a Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist.
In North Carolina she was licensed as an LCAS and CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor). she also worked with NIH and Insight Recovery in the development and implementation of the SBIRT Program in NC helping physicians identify patients in the early stages of substance abuse. She has facilitated groups for PRN and conducts neuropsychological evaluations for individuals being monitored by PRN, IPN and the Florida Bar Association. She frequently testifies in court as an expert witness regarding defendants with substance abuse and mental health issues and makes recommendations as to their needs for treatment.
