Megan Lahnen is a Registered Dietitian with Recovery Keys. Megan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida in 2003 and completed a Dietetic Internship program at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2004. She has been practicing dietetics since that time in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, community health settings and in telehealth. Megan loves the challenges and rewards she gets daily in the constantly evolving field of nutrition.
Megan has a passion for delivering nutrition education and providing medical nutrition therapy in a way that is practical, enjoyable and tailored to the lives of the patients and families she works with. She has a passion for helping people to better manage their recovery and health journey with nutritious choices. It means a lot for Megan to help people see the value and take the small and big steps towards making healthy choices to better their lives.
Megan is a wife, and mother of two daughters plus an energetic puppy. She loves volunteering in the community, learning new cooking skills, spending time outdoors and exploring new places with her family.
